Award-Winning and Diverse Books for Our 3rd-5th Graders

My Project

The titles I've selected for this important project are all books from the Oregon Battle of the Books (OBOB) selection for the 2023-24 competition for grades 3-5. By ordering two copies of each hard-to-find book, it will set our school's 3rd-5th graders up for success in the district and state OBOB competitions that will take place next year.

Once the OBOB books are released for the upcoming year, trying to find copies of these titles for our students becomes incredibly difficult; you donating to help us purchase these books will put our teams at such an advantage!

WES students who join OBOB want to read all of the books and know them extremely well, but when copies of the books are hard to come by, it is even more important to provide these titles for my students and their families.

All titles used this year will either join my classroom library or be gifted to 3rd-5th grade classroom libraries.
