Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are fascinated by how vehicles work and how new technology is changing the future of transportation. To help them dive deeper into automotive technology, I want to provide STEM Tube Locks Construction with Wheels kits, electric wind car kits, and batteries to build and experiment with small, wind-powered cars.

This hands-on project will introduce students to the basics of automotive systems, focusing on electric propulsion and renewable energy.

By assembling and testing their wind cars, students will learn about key automotive concepts like motors, energy transfer, aerodynamics, and mechanical design.

Through this experience, students will see the real-world applications of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) principles in automotive technology by first exploring possible structures using the Tube Lock blocks and then building their own wind-powered cars. They’ll develop problem-solving skills as they modify their designs to improve speed and efficiency, and gain a better understanding of how sustainable technologies can power the vehicles of tomorrow.

With your support, we can inspire a new generation of innovators passionate about clean energy and automotive technology. Thank you for helping us accelerate learning and fuel curiosity!
