My Project

Our students are digital learners, creators, and consumers. Although our media center is teeming with books, it is lacking in digital components. Having the Yoto audio book player gives our students access to a medium that appeals to them.

The Yoto players and audio books will help our students improve their comprehension and vocabulary as they listen to rich and entertaining stories.This is especially true for students who are at the beginning stage of their reading journey and for students who are learning English as a second language.

The Yoto player and the audio books will be primarily used as a center activity during students´ time in the media class. The variety of classic tales offer students choice and autonomy in their learning, while also providing entertainment.
