My Project

My classroom runs a school-based auto detailing business where my students with multiple disabilities can practice and reinforce job skills. Within our class "business", students have the opportunity to learn how to work as a team, problem solve, communicate with customers, use time management skills, and follow directions to complete tasks. The students take pride in the work they do and we have received positive feedback from past customers.

The supplies I am requesting will help my students improve the quality of our services.

Our classroom Auto Detailing business has really flourished thanks to the generosity of previous donors. Its now halfway through the school year and we are low on our interior and exterior cleaners. We have used Chemical Guys Invisible Cleaner before and have had excellent results. Our favorite exterior cleaner is Meguiers Ultimate Car Wash. Many of the brushes we have been using have broken or been used too often that they are worn down. We like the Waterless Cleaner for touch-ups when double-checking our work.
