This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My third grade students are readers through and through! They love browsing and finding books from our classroom and school library--sometimes reading the entire book in one night! We keep track of the books we've read and we've reached impressive numbers just two months into the school year.
Not all books are created equal.
Some books inspire utter and complete fandom--these books are it! We have a few copies but there aren't enough of them to go around. There's a waiting list for these books in our school library. How wonderful would it be to have complete sets of these popular titles in our classroom library for our students to read and share?!
