My Students

In our classroom students are challenged to be self-directed. They are empowered to take charge of their learning and share leadership to direct classroom tasks. I love seeing these students grow in their level of responsibility as they become the very best students they can be!

Students are more than test scores!

They often need different stimuli to motivate them and their success is measured in various ways. We strive to incorporate new educational methods that meet their learning needs.

My Project

Teaching is my true passion! This is the first educational conference I will have the opportunity of attending - it comes highly recommended by several of my peers as a professional growth event. I actively seek new methods of instruction that meet the needs of my students through whole-class and individual instruction.

I want to be the best First Grade teacher I can be!

I am always in search of ways to enhance my abilities as an educator. This opportunity will allow me to engage with new and emerging trends in K-1 education and collaborate with educators across the country.
