Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students face many challenges that can make regular attendance difficult, and we want to help them overcome these obstacles by offering small incentives to encourage consistent school attendance. These incentives, Mini Emotion Plush Toys with A Little SPOT of Feelings Hardcover Book Set, Stress Ball and Perfect Attendance Silicone Bracelets are designed to reward students who are chronically or habitually absent, motivating them to attend school regularly and engage more fully in their education. Additionally, we recognize that many of our students struggle with social-emotional issues during the school day, which can further impact their attendance and academic performance. To address this, we are also requesting resources to provide social-emotional support, helping our students manage stress, build resilience, and develop positive coping strategies. By combining attendance incentives with targeted emotional support, we aim to create a nurturing environment that encourages our students to stay in school, succeed academically, and thrive personally. Your generous contribution will directly impact the lives of these students, helping them build a brighter future through regular attendance and emotional well-being.
