Attendance Incentives to Improve Learning Outcomes

Help me give my students attendance incentives and sensory toys to increase learning outcomes.

My Project

My students are the best! I teach K-3 reading. The fidgets help scholars to self-regulate their sensory needs. Sensory toys and fidgets have been shown to increase motivation, decrease frustration, help with motor skills, decrease meltdowns, and help increase opportunities for learning throughout the school day. The pens, notebooks, and squishy toys will be used for attendance prizes. Attendance is around 57% in our school, and my goal is for 95% attendance. I am hoping to provide scholars with these tools to improve learning outcomes as in the past similar tools have instilled joy and wonder in scholars, as well as increased attendance.
