Paper is the ultimate medium to create masterpieces when you are little. The 3-4 year olds in my classroom love to spend time in our art center. Colored paper gives them a way to make pictures and collages.
The students in my class love to cut, color, paint and create!
They get to express themselves in the art they create. Some of them like to cut, glue and layer paper to make pictures. Others enjoy painting on different colors of paper to see what happens. Using colored paper to retell stories or to make a craft that goes along with our classroom theme is a fun way for the students to explore and make something uniquely them.
