Arts Integration Project Needs Stage Supplies (Part 2)

Help me give my students an amazing arts integration experience at school. The stage equipment will support them with our set for the upcoming annual school production of Madagascar Jr.

My Project

My students are simply amazing! Our school's theatre group meets weekly as an arts integration club after school to learn the performing arts and enhance reading and practical life skills. I started this club 15 years ago to promote using the arts to strengthen literacy skills and support social emotional learning.

Students have been highly successful in gaining confidence, finding their voice, exploring creativity, team building and developing public speaking skills plus more.

Some productions we've done include Lion King Jr, Aladdin Jr, Mulan Jr and Once on this Island Jr. These experiences are life changing for students. This year's students are excited to present Madagascar Jr.

We are in need of art supplies and props such as paint and wooden crates. Stage equipment including wireless mics and lighting are also needed to help us have a successful production.

I am grateful for the first set of supplies we've received. There are a few more things we need to complete our project.
