My Project
This year, I have started integrating the arts into my ESOL classroom where students are building their language capacities in English. My students love when they can show what they've learned by creating artwork. The ability to express themselves in the visual arts allows them to share experiences and information in ways they cannot always with words as they are still learning the English language.
For this project, I am specifically requesting materials to support arts integration in my classroom.
The requested items are things I cannot purchase at my local stores like clay and watercolor pencils. I also would like to give each of my students their own small sketchbook to work in when we do our arts integrated projects!
