My students love doing crafts and puzzles. They express themselves through art and problem-solving. We find that crafts are a fun way to engage kids and help develop their fine motor skills. We are asking for supplies to help us motivate our students and build their self-confidence. They work so hard putting puzzles together as well as finishing up their art projects and taking them home to their families. These materials will help with a variety of developmental levels that will allow all our students to be able to engage in projects and puzzles that are at their level. They will use the activities and craft supplies to develop increased fine motor skills as they work on their projects and puzzles. They will also be learning how to organize themselves and follow directions so that they will complete the projects as independently as possible.
