Help me give my students supplies to be creative. Our classroom is in need of a painting easel and art supplies. This new easel will provide an area to create while providing storage for their supplies.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our students love to paint and a new art easel would provide a space for them to paint, and access supplies independently. Students will have access to their supplies and build the confidence and independence needed with the child-friendly easel.
Additional art supplies are needed for them to enjoy their creative space such as easel paper, watercolors, and glue.
These art supplies will allow them to use their imagination and provide an opportunity for personal expression.
Students will use the modeling clay to experiment with 2-dimensional art and create structures to express their vision. Throughout the year as we explore the different topics in our curriculum.
