My Students
Students at my school are inspiring, compassionate, and creative. As intermediate art learners, art supplies are important to my students and are truly valued to complete projects and cover needed objectives.
I am a first time art teacher at a middle school in a rural area.
Our school art supplies are an essential resource for my students. Many of my students do not have access to needed supplies at home and rely on myself and our school to supply those. Each day students ask for needed supplies that I am not currently able to furnish for them. That is why I am starting this Donors Choose to help get those supplies.
My Project
Art is an important part of history and will continue to be an important part of the future. I, as an art teacher, will be inspiring future artists with your generous donations of much needed supplies.
These supplies, which include crayons, markers, paints, paint brushes, and sketch pads will help me teach art fundamentals to over 40 students.
Along with learning about basic art fundamentals, they will apply this knowledge into actual projects they due on their own along with expanding their creativity. These supplies will enable me to go more in depth on my teachings in the classroom and expand the minds of my students.
