This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

For this proposal, I am requesting an assortment of drawing pencils and tools, such as both black and white charcoal pencils and blending stumps. These are indispensable materials needed for the art room. My students love to learn how to draw, although it is a complex and difficult unit because of the high level of skills. But, these materials and access to appropriate tools make an intense unit more enjoyable, and my art students deserve to have quality tools to reflect the quality of learning and artistic expression they are participating in.
