My Students

My group of third grade students are energetic and very motivated to learn. Every child has capabilities, talents, and strengths; sometimes, all it takes is exposure or motivation. Our school has an ethnically diverse group of learners ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade.

Students will walk into school this year and will need opportunities to show their learning in multiple ways.

My class has a variety of different levels of learners in math and language arts. The students have been learning on a digital platform and have been transitioning into the classroom this year. Learning the rigorous programs and all the standards will be challenging, but all students will be able to set goals and accomplish their tasks. They are an incredible group that I am so lucky to get to work with this year!

My Project

These materials will allow my students to express themselves creating different forms of art. All my students enjoy art and using diverse materials to create a masterpiece. The watercolor paper will allow the students to create pieces of art that they can make to express their feelings and exemplify their skills.

Art is an important area that allows students to problem solve and helps many students address their emotions.

The permanent markers can be used with many art projects to help decorate and bring bright bold colors to the art. In addition, to the art materials, the mounting tape and tabs will allow students to display their work for their peers to observe and enjoy.
