This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help, my classroom is running low on art supplies as we head into the last quarter of the year. Most students have run out of colored pencils, and we use them on a daily basis. We are also almost out of cardstock, which we use for various craft/art/math. My class is also in need of paper, both regular copy paper as well as colored paper, we sometimes use this for origami or for art projects within our classroom. I have also ordered tracing paper, many of my students love to trace, but have never seen actual tracing paper. I would like them to have the opportunity to feel and have a sense of it as it is different from regular paper.

We are in desperate need of a classroom supply of various "Sharpie" markers we can have access to for various art projects.

Regular pens as well as a pencil sharpener would be helpful as well. One very important tool our classroom is lacking is organization for our paper and art supplies. I would love to have the cart on the list to help organize our supplies.
