My students need art supplies to foster their artistic capabilities and imagination.

My Students

My students are special for the reason that, even though they come from an impoverished community, they are always energetic and eager to learn. My students come from very diverse backgrounds but are still able to communicate with one another; learn with and learn from one another; and play together.

My class is comprised of 15 three and four year-old students, many of which are dual language learners who are at many different learning levels and can very much benefit from the donors choose program.

My Project

These materials will make a difference in my students learning, for the reason that my students enjoy creating visual art, but these items are in short supply in our classroom. Consequently my students are limited in the expression of their artistic through the visual arts.

For example, In some small group activities, student are encouraged to mix primary paint colors to create secondary colors.

Additionally, my students could benefit from getting a new art easel in the art area so that more than one student can create a painting at a time which encourages building friendships and social interactions with peers, as well as teachers.
