This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I can't wait to start off the new school year. Everyone loves getting new school supplies. I was that kid who would organize their things a million times before the first day of school.

I am requesting basics, like construction paper, pens and tissue paper so we can start the school year off with art!

I am teaching a 2nd/3rd grade combination class. I am looking forward to integrating a lot of art into my class this school year. I am not a great artist, so I will need to step outside my comfort zone and show my students that we are all capable of learning new things.
