My Project

Everyday my students engage in drawing and coloring activities to increase their fine motor skills. Our daily drawing activity engages students' fine motor skills, but also their attention, patience, persistance, and creativity. The how to drawing activity ties into some aspect of student learning. Since we have started this daily activity, I have students stamina and tolerance increase. It is also an activity that engages all of my students regardless of academic ability.

Your donation will help to replenish our art/drawing supplies.

We are in need of new art journals, marker, crayons, pencils, and colored pencils. We also need the storage boxes to keep materials organized and accessible for students. We are also requesting skin toned art supplies so students can represent themselves more in their work. We are a diverse group of student learners.
