My Project

I am requesting art biography books, skin toned paper, crayons and art supplies refills.

Each year my class makes soap for Mother's Day.

I am asking for soap base and the supplies, ribbon and cellophane to wrap the soap. My students love this project because it is a chance for them to make something for their mothers and it gives them the joy of giving.

The books will be used in our biography unit. Each year students are required to read three biographies. The titles chosen in this project will be added to our collection. In addition to learning about lives of different artists, they will get to learn about their style of art.

The skin-toned paper is highly sought out by my students when doing self-portrait work. Having different tones of skin color helps them feel that their artwork is more authentic.

The other supplies like crayons and google eyes will be used for various project throughout the year.
