it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Hello, potential donors and art lovers!
In this project, I am adding a few more items to our art supplies that I did not include in my first project.
My first project included paints, brushes, drawing paper, colored pencils, vine charcoal, and kneaded erasers. This project is adding a few more items to create an art supply kit that we give to students at the beginning of the year.
In this project, we are adding oil pastels, drawing pencils, containers for acrylic paint, painting palettes, newsprint paper (this is great for practicing drawing skills), clay, and more erasers.
Students will learn about the elements of art (line, shape, form, value, space, texture, color), principles of design (balance, contrast, emphasis, rhythm, unity), and explore different art mediums (drawing, painting, color theory, composition, and sculpture).
