Art Supplies for Special Education

My Project

My students work very hard, and on Fridays, I reward them with "Fun Friday." For Fun Friday, we love to go to the park, play board games, and do art projects. This year we colored pictures for Mother's Day gifts, tissue paper turkeys at Thanksgiving, and painted presents at Christmas. I am running very low on craft supplies, and for next year we'd love to make clothespin bats for Halloween, Christmas tree ornaments out of pipe cleaners and beads, and tissue paper rainbows for St. Patrick's Day. Art is a fantastic way for my students to express themselves, and the items they create are memorable tokens of their hard work and fun that they have at school.
