Art Supplies for Special Education

Help me give my students art supplies to inspire creativity! My students love to engage in group art projects, and sensory play and are in need of new paints, paintbrushes, shaving cream, and dot painters.

My Project

We are a self contained special education classroom with amazing artistic talent. Our students love participating in group art projects to practice sharing space with one another and working collaboratively. We need art supplies to be able to continue this experience! Some students love sensory art projects with finger paints and shaving cream! Others prefer to add paint to a ziplock bag for a mess free experience.

All our students are working on their communication skills, to request the specific art supplies they need, and describe the colors and shapes they see in their own artwork.

Building communication skills requires exciting and motivating supplies, and our classroom art projects are universally loved by all!
