As everyone knows art programs are being cut from schools curriculum due to budget cuts in school systems. We are very fortunate at our school to have an art program. But we don't have a lot of money to supply the art room. So having these supplies will be very helpful for the art teacher. Our art program is so rich with activities that we need supplies to make it even better. I know that many people think art is not necessary but this might be the only reason a child comes to school is because they will have art. We need to make sure in school that we have diverse classes for our children. We want our students to grow up to be well rounded people that have been exposed to various types of art. Our school system has a few high school that are school who focus on the arts. So giving to this project will allow our school to make our art program better.
