Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Helping students discover their creativity is one of the most rewarding parts of teaching.

Providing students with various media and supplies to expand their artistic and creative learning is a great way to encourage children to try new things.

We would like to have watercolor paper available for students to use, so that they don't paint through and rip the only paper we have for art. Having a variety of watercolor paints is very helpful, allowing students to use a range of colors. Using mosaic tiles will help round out our STEAM lessons by blending math and art, and incorporating multiplication and division as they build mosaic tiles into arrays.
