Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work in a Title I school where every child receives a free breakfast and lunch. My students are eager to learn, and I want them to have a memorable Kindergarten year!
Art integration enriches the learning experience; these art supplies will motivate my students to be creative while learning.
These art supplies will be used by my students when they work on art projects and other activities.
The paint sticks will provide an outlet for my students to express themselves creatively. The glue gun and glue sticks will be used for arts and crafts. The zipper storage bags will be for the books that they will take home so they read everyday. We will be doing a lot of art integration with our reading.
I want my new Kindergarten class to start the new school year motivated and equipped with the essential supplies to get them excited about learning, and to help them have a successful year.
