This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am so excited to be starting my new position at Chinook Middle School where I will be teaching Spanish Language and Culture and Spanish 1. My students will need new art supplies and posters in Spanish in our new classroom. The new markers and colored pencils will help my students complete their many projects throughout the year. The multiracial colors will finally provide my students with shades that represent them! The posters in Spanish can be used as visual resources for all students and others will be decorating the walls to provide motivation throughout the day. Help me make a warm and welcoming environment for my students!
