Help me give my students new wobble stools to allow a few of my students that need to wiggle the opportunity to safely move while creating.

I have been an Art teacher for 18 years and have been teaching Art to amazing Chicago Public School students for 16 of those years. I currently teach in Chicago, Illinois. This school enrolls students from around the city. I am the full time art teacher to over 700 KG-8th grade students, 77% of which are from low-income families. My students love art! It makes me so happy that I can show them that there is value in being a creative person. I need your help purchasing a few new stools that will allow a few of my students the opportunity to move if they need to while creating.
My students like to move! K-8th grade students are very active and excited when they are creating Art. I have several students that like to sit, some like to stand, some create on their knees. The only seating option I don't allow is leaning back in their chairs. Because of safety, I am constantly reminding some students that lean to keep their chair/stool on the floor. I am always afraid of students falling over and getting hurt. What's happening lately though, is because I have over 700 students now, our chairs and stools are beginning to break due to everyday use. I bought wooden stools myself years ago, and because they are made from wood and not made to be leaned on when seated, we are down from 10 to only 2.
My students that WIGGLE need a place to WOBBLE!
Here's where your help is needed. I would like to purchase new stools, but they are very expensive. These special stools I would like to purchase are made to allow students that lean the opportunity to move if they need to. Because of their rounded base they won't tip over and are very lightweight and rugged.
Thank you for reading and hopefully with your help some of my students will soon be able to sit safely when they are creating!
