Art is such an important part of learning, especially in preschool! Having the opportunity to paint and get messy is a joy every student should get the opportunity to have. Using brushes and sponges and fingers to mix and blend paint is something every child should get to explore. Our art center is one of our most popular centers because our students like to paint so much. Unfortunately, while our art center accommodates 4 students, our art easel can only accommodate 2.
This easel would allow for all four students to paint their masterpieces in their own, corresponding space.
The convenience of having storage underneath will allow for students to access their own materials without having to travel to different shelves to get their materials. It will also allow for all students to get an opportunity to paint each week if those choose because we will be able to rotate more through the center each day. Every child should be giving the opportunity to let their creative shine. This double easel will allow for that to happen.
