My Project

Art is a wonderful way for students to express their creative side! Whether it's coloring until the marker runs dry or putting a few lines on a paper....we all have ways to express ourselves.

My goal is to provide a variety of materials to allow my students to be creative to their own individual ability!

The smocks, paint rollers and paint brushes will be used by students who enjoy the messy side of art! The lite bright, paint daubers, magnetic trays, floam and stamps for my students who are not into the mess, but still want to do art projects.

Autism students each engage differently with materials. Some enjoy the the sand table, the mess of paint, the stickiness of glue and making pictures come alive with color! Others prefer the squish of play doh, the oily feeling of slime and the sticking of items in foam. I want to be able to provide materials that reach every student!
