My Students

My students are very unique and inquisitive. They love learning and have a great excitement for creativity. Their age sparks an eagerness to understand their surroundings.

The groups love working together on projects, and we like to integrate science into many areas.

We often write and create art projects that enhance the science curriculum.

They love to see their ideas and creativity come through in their projects. These projects help the students to have a lasting impression and ownership of the curriculum.

My Project

As a class, we integrate science by reading, writing, and creating projects that go along with the curriculum. I have plenty of nonfiction books for reading and to help with writing, but I would like to have different art supplies for my students to be able to create projects that go along with the curriculum.

These projects help the students to experience and explore the science curriculum by giving a hands-on learning experience and an opportunity to use their creative ideas.

Students are able to create different habitats for plants and animals, produce constellations, show rock classifications, and make weather posters and mobiles with all of these art supplies.
