Art, Science, and Social Studies Oh My!

Help me give my students art supplies, chart paper for classroom learning, and the Brain Pop app for the extra support on subjects that we might need!

My Project

My students love to be creative and explore many different creative outlets. From the computer to anchor charts to art projects they love to do it all. In fact we have already gone through a box of the the multipack of Crayola Markers, there are certain colors that the students have already used up for art projects and classroom work. We need more Red, Black and Green. With Valentines day coming up we are defiantly need that red marker. I had the brain pop Jr subscription last year, it has since expired and the students love it. I like how the Brain pop Jr puts information that 2nd graders might not care about in to things they can understand. Such as George Washington Carver, it give them a better understanding of who the inventor was other than "not the real George Washington". The students love taking the quiz at the end of each video. They also love to hear the jokes that go along with that lesson, most of them are "dad" jokes. The Chart paper is to make many different anchor charts in the classroom. I use the paper for English, Math and Social Studies. I like the post it ones because I can stick it up in the classroom and the students can refer back to the anchor chart when ever they need to. Plus we use these charts to create notice and wonder charts. This is where I place a picture on the paper about something we're going to ready and the students write what they notice or wonder about the pictures. They really get in to writing about what they see
