Art Room Odds and Ends

Help me give my students odds-and-ends materials for a successful end to our school year including storage cases, birthday cards, and an extension cord.

My Project

Sometimes you just need a potpourri of supplies to make your space and projects complete.

While these items may all seem random, they are all needed supplies for our classroom.

We need a clay slicer to cut a variety of clay slabs. We make TicTacToe boards, clay boxes, clay shoes, and more! All of those projects require slabs. Sometimes students hand roll slabs, but sometimes students are absent and need to catch up, sometimes students need extra assistance - this will help speed up the process. The extension cord will help us spread out our glue gun stations. If I can spread out students, they'll get extra room and have space to create!

We need a way to organize our games, and the plastic storage boxes will be perfect to make everything accessible and easily cleaned up. The fashion plates will be a great early finisher activity for all students, but also will be a fun activity for our students with special needs. I would love to be able to send students a card for their birthday. Students don't get real snail mail very often - how fun to receive a card in the mail!
