Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The supplies and materials I am requesting will help supplement great lessons in my elementary art room! We use a lot of consumable materials every year like construction paper and heavy paint paper. These materials need to be replaced every year and most times, we just don't have the budget for it. Looking at my older students, I am prepping for more 3-dimensional and hands-on projects which require hot glue and beautiful paint markers. I would also love to offer more choice center options to my younger students like Legos, Mega Blocks, and pattern block mats to inspire creativity in new and interactive ways.
My students are brimming with creativity and enthusiasm, but we need some essential art supplies to fully support their artistic journeys.
