This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Please help me provide my Spanish classes with supplies for art projects and learning. This year I would like to incorporate clay art projects by having my students make Mexican alebrijes and calaveras. These bright and creative crafts allow students to participate in the folk art of Mexico.
I have also included classroom supplies that help my students participate in our daily learning activities.
The tape and glue help students keep notes in their interactive notebooks. We are also in need of more expo markers and whiteboard erasers so that students can demonstrate their understanding of texts we read in Spanish using the white board. Another item I included is a birthday pencil for each students so that each kiddo can feel celebrated on their special day.
Lastly I included a gift card to teachers pay teachers to help me purchase engaging lessons related to culture for the school year.
I appreciate your support in helping me fund opportunities and supplies for my classroom!
