This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Thanks to some elbow grease and good samaritans, I no longer need all the materials requested in my previous calm corner project (donated organizers mean no need for the $700 piece from Lakeshore!)

Our classroom is looking better ever day, but we still need to stock our new organizers with art materials -- in particular, scissors and PLENTY of nice crayola markers!

(Kiddos love the black ones for making outlines which is great for their fine-motor skills). In addition, this project requests color ink for my personally-purchased work printer, which will allow me to create materials for our classroom that can draw a bit more interest than drab grey-scale print-outs.
