My Project

Providing new supplies inspires students. Kids have incredible conversations about what they are working on. I hear such things as "This is so awesome!" and "I wish we could do this every day!". They come to our art class each day ready to try new things and love trying new and unique materials. Our art material list will expand the types of projects we can do this coming year. We will use scratch boards, paint pens and pots, create with modeling clay and more. Students deserve the space and materials to create!

I just know scratch board art will be a big, favorite project of the year!

Students can benefit by using their problem solving skills to create using a new media. Scratching an art board is unusual and takes concentration and creativity to come alive. I can't wait to see the creative minds of my students develop and flourish! The 3rd graders and 4th graders are going to be thrilled when they see what they can do!
