Art is Awesome

Help me give my students individual desk easels, so everyone will be able to participate in art projects at the same time.

My Students

More than half of my students are from low-income families. Their young minds are sponges soaking up all the learning they can. A students' tools and environment help engage them to learn. I love to make my class bright and engaging for them.

My students work hard and try their best.

Learning to read and write is difficult, but they press on toward the goal. They are learning lifelong skills that they will use. They are a joy to teach!

My Project

Student love art. It is often difficult painting and drawing when the paper is flat on a desk. With only a few large easels, most of the class is patiently waiting their turn. Having individual easels that can sit on their desks will solve many problems. Student will have a sense of importance and pride in creating art like the pros. The process of creating art will be memorable and lasting. The goal is to make art easily available, enjoyable, and an activity students will want to do for the rest of their lives
