My Project

I teach in a remote Native Alaska village that can only be reached after three plane rides. My students love to do arts and crafts, but it’s expensive to ship things to the top of the world.

Point Hope is the oldest inhabited place in North America.

I plan on using the art supplies to enhance our learning about the rich history here in Point Hope. These third grade students deserve a boost while researching and exploring their ancestors. My students are very grateful for everything that’s donated to them.
