Learning is all about having fun in the journey! My special education students learn the most when we are having good messy fun. The art items requested in this project will help them learn and meet their individual IEP goals. Glitter turns anything boring into a great time. Textures when making letters, shapes or numbers help them retain what they are learning. Watercolors will be used to create art projects, but will also be used to dye various types of objects to create sensory bins. Cardstock and lamination pouches will be used to create games and activities to learn letters, shapes, sounds, and numbers.
