My Project

My goal for this project is to give my students fun art materials that are age appropriate and fun! My students LOVE gluing tissue paper onto to projects and painting with different brushes.

These particular items are a fan favorite in our early childhood special education program.

Since my students are two with special needs, it can be hard to find art materials they enjoy and continue the activity.

Some of the ways we will use the tissue paper squares is by making valentines, apples, snowmen, and caterpillars. The paint brushes we will paint with water outside, learn different textures with the brushes, and paint many pictures for their parents to see!

We can’t wait to use these materials in the classroom to make art fun!
