This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I inherited lots of cheap craft punches (basically hole punches that make groovy shapes)! They are useful in building necessary pre-writing skills by encouraging fine motor development. They are also fun to use in card making, collage, and patterning or shape recognition games.

The craft punches I currently have make tiny confetti and most of them are stuck or broken.

Nonetheless, they are a favorite item for my darling pre-k students when they create in our art center. I thought it would be nice to refresh the art center with a new set of craft punches. These are better quality and hopefully will last a long time, bringing lots of smiles (and great fine motor skills) to my beloved students. Thank you for all your support!
