My Project

I teach a group of energetic and thoughtful third graders at a Title I school, where many of our students face challenges outside the classroom. What I love most about my students is their endless curiosity and their excitement for learning—especially in hands-on subjects like science. Despite limited resources, they always give their best and support each other like a team.

The supplies in this project—pencils, dry erase pens, Sharpie pens, and labels—may seem small, but they make a big difference in our daily learning.

Pencils and pens keep us writing, thinking, and creating. Dry erase markers help us practice skills in real time, while keeping students engaged in active learning. The labels are essential for our science experiments, helping students stay organized and take pride in their work as young scientists.
