This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The items I am requesting will help with arm health and maintenance for young student-athletes and students in a personal fitness class. They will be using the items to gain strength and understand how to take care of their arm and gain muscle for throwing and hitting.

The student goal for this project is to learn the proper mechanics for throwing and hitting.

Students will get instant feedback by seeing an increase in arm strength and hitting the ball solid. They will be able to see the benefits and will see less injuries.
