This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are from low income areas and need exposure to several experiences and explorations. Providing them with multiple learning experiences will help them grow academically and behavior wise. They love to learn and use hands-on items such as iPads and materials they can touch and manipulate.

My students are curious about their world and how it works.

I will be providing items to help them become more familiar with their world to help them be more successful. Thank you for your support.

My Project

My students love to build. Using these blocks will foster imagination and architecture skills and higher order thinkers as they create buildings and habitats that they learn about.

We are a new school that doesn’t have these materials and my students would love to create skyscrapers, zoos, farms and etc.

Getting these blocks would be so helpful and appreciated by all. My students will be so excited to get these and start building and creating what their minds think of.

Fostering architecture skills at this young age builds our future and theirs. Their confidence in themselves will also be boosted .
