Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

April marks Stress Awareness month. This highlights the importance of recognizing our internal and external stressors and to use tools to manage those stressors. For teachers and students, one of those stressors is often testing! I would like to provide resources to equip students to recognize their emotions, decelerate their levels of stress, and accelerate their confidence to perform the best they can.

The supplies I am requesting are stress relief tools which students can use when ever they are feeling overwhelmed by a difficult task.

Tools such as squishy stress balls, pop tools sensory toys, and fidget brain toys. Helping my students to understand their emotions and decrease their stress levels, will help them to learn how to manage their mental health will lead to lifelong success.
