Appliances Help High School Students Gain Confidence in the Kitchen

My Project

This proposal seeks funding to empower high school students in teaching cooking skills to life skills students. To facilitate this hands-on learning experience, we aim to acquire essential kitchen small appliances, including a sandwich maker, waffle maker, immersion blender, and cordless mixer.

The high school students will then use these small appliances to hold various cooking labs with the special need students.

Often times, students can be scared of the range and oven, by using small appliances we will build up their confidence level before moving on to larger appliances.
