We do hard things every day in first grade. We are learning new things and use iPads to practice or learn new skills. We have fun learning new things and integrating iPads daily to increase our success in the classroom.
My first grade students are excited and ready to learn.
They are hands-on learners and are not afraid of using iPads. They are 21st century learners who benefit from using iPads. Our school is very technology-focused and integrate iPads into the classroom to help increase math and literacy skills.
My Project
My students will be using the iPads to read, create, and share stories. They will be practicing sight words and spelling words daily on the iPads. They will be using the iPads to practice math skills. The iPads will be loaded with literacy and math games for students to practice different skills to be successful first graders. We will use the cushions to have our own personal space to work.
The donation of iPads for my classroom will increase math and literacy skills in my students.
It will increase engagement and motivation in the classroom. My students will apply their knowledge of technology using iPads and it will increase their success in the classroom and home.
