This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This MacBook Air will allow me to display mathematics lessons from it with its user-friendly and student-friendly interface. My goal is to allow students to see lessons that tap into multiple student modalities, and take advantage of Apple's features such as color-coding lessons, and accessing/displaying videos that are crisp and clear that are aligned to math lessons. My students are special because they have so much potential, despite coming from a low socio-economic community. This MacBook Air will help tap into their potential and harness it to the fullest extent possible. The MacBook Air will allow them to see lessons that tap into their different ways of learning. Students can also complete their i-Ready mathematics lesson on the device since Apple is user-friendly. The goal is to help students enhance their mathematical aptitude and fundamental math skills. My students are special because some of them are new arrivals and love math and have a lot of intelligence that can be applied if we use this MacBook Air to harness their math potential.
